Pastor Jimmy Odukoya, during his message at the October 26 Sunday service, emphasised the importance and efficacy of the righteousness of God imputed on believers. Speaking from Psalms 37:23, Romans 3:10-12, and Romans 6:16-18, he noted that the believer’s steps are ordered by the Lord, not because of their own righteousness but by the imputed righteousness of Jesus on them.
PRAYER OF SALVATION
Dear Lord, I admit that I am a sinner and need your forgiveness. Thank you for sending your only begotten Son Jesus Christ to suffer the punishment I deserve for my sins. Today, I receive Him as my Lord and personal Saviour. Help me to turn from my sinful ways and live a life that is pleasing to You henceforth. Thank you for Your gift of eternal life and for the hope I now have in You. In Jesus precious name I pray. Amen.
