During the December 7 Sunday service, Pastor Jimmy Odukoya, while exhorting the congregation on the message titled “Shame to Double,” focused on the elevation believers receive through the Spirit of the Firstborn, who is Jesus Christ. He reminded the church of the power, privilege, and inheritance that come with their identity in Christ, drawing from Genesis 1:27–30, where man’s identity, purpose, and authority were first established.
PRAYER OF SALVATION
Dear Lord, I admit that I am a sinner and need your forgiveness. Thank you for sending your only begotten Son Jesus Christ to suffer the punishment I deserve for my sins. Today, I receive Him as my Lord and personal Saviour. Help me to turn from my sinful ways and live a life that is pleasing to You henceforth. Thank you for Your gift of eternal life and for the hope I now have in You. In Jesus precious name I pray. Amen.
