WORDS OF ENCOURAGEMENT FROM PASTOR NOMTHI ODUKOYA @ SUNDAY SERVICE DECEMBER 06 – 12, 2020

Pastor Nomthi Odukoya, while exhorting the congregation at the December 6 Sunday service from Isaiah 43:2, which is the promise for the week, said that believers should not only read God’s words but to also apply it into their lives even as they believe in God.
Stating that God will move on their behalf, the clergy described water as a phenomenon that is needed by all on a daily basis. In her words, “When situations tend to get out of control in the lives of people, they get afraid but that’s when God intervenes and turns the situation around. God will not allow you to swim where there are sharks. God knows where He wants you to be and He will protect you.”
She suggested that the Holy Spirit has a whistle such that He alerts the worshippers as to where not to be because danger lies ahead. She then assured them that they are safe so long they allow God to work with them.

WORDS OF ENCOURAGEMENT FROM PASTOR NOMTHI ODUKOYA @THURSDAY SHOWERS
Pastor Nomthi Odukoya has posited that it is good to be a child of God anytime and any day. She stated this during the Thursday Showers service of December 3, 2020, while addressing Showerians on the need to hold fast on the truth, which is the word of God. According to her, the truth can only be found in Jesus Christ, noting that this truth is what brings freedom as John 8:31-36 admonished.
She further said, “People that are not in Christ are in bondage. If the Son makes you free, then you shall be free indeed. If you have not accepted Christ as your Lord and Saviour, you are not free. If you don’t have the Holy Spirit, it will not be easy to know the difference between the truth and lies. The truth of the word of God stands.”
She therefore encouraged the worshippers to know the truth for themselves and apply same in their various homes. She also urged them to teach the same truth to their children.
