HOME FOR BOYS
If the young are really the future leaders of our great nation,
we may be overlooking potential developers and builders of our
nation by ignoring these unfortunate ones. Investing in a noble
cause as this is laying up a foundation for a better future for
our nation, thus the GRACE SPRINGS HOME.
By providing Shelter, Feeding, Education and Vocational Training,
the GRACE SPRINGS HOME offers these destitute children and youth
HOPE and A FUTURE.
The home is sited at Ibeshe Road , Ikorodu. Fifty children are
already on the Church's rehabilitation program. Outside the
fifty, twenty boys from Oshodi have been reconciled with their
parents while two are now in higher institutions of learning.
Rehabilitation: On the 19th of June, 2004, twenty boys moved
in with two house masters and as weeks and months ran by the
number increased to fifty.
The members of Missions Department of the Fountain of Life
Church gave the boys an orientation programme, which lasted for
a period of three months. The programme includes daily teaching
of the Word of God, Moral and personal hygiene education.
