Grace Springs Medical Centre

The reality of the situation of health and health care delivery in our community has been such that people continue to die from easily treatable conditions especially the underpriviledged, the poor
and the need.

In response to this the Senior Pastor of the Fountain Of Life Church initiated the Grace Springs Medical Centre, as the launchpad for the medical ministry of the Fountain Of Life Church.

This is not for profit project was to fulfil a need in the society.

Mission:

The Mission at Grace Springs is to demonstrate the love of Jesus,
through the provision of quality healthcare services to all.
The center provides pacesetting standard medical care to members
of the society with a view to providing qualitative medical care,
hope, succor, and to reach out to the unsaved.

Vision:

Our Vision is to become a reference point for excellence,
professionalism, superior operational systems and processes for
mission and philanthropy oriented medical services in Nigeria .

The medical facility, which is located at No. 25 Oremeji Str. ,
Ilupeju, gives access to 24-hours services delivered by spirit
filled personnel in a divinely inspired environment.

Basically, Primary health care and some secondary level care are
offered at the hospital. There is a Specialist (Pediatric)
Clinic with plans for other Specialties to come on stream.

Presently, the center has a 6-bed in-patient facility, pharmacy
and an outpatient facility. For a detailed list of services
provided at the hospital include:

Outpatient services

- General consultation & treatment

- Various diagnostic and laboratory services

- X-ray and other radiological services

- Emergency room services and minor outpatient surgical procedures such as suturing of lacerations and drainage of abscesses

- Provision of prescribed drugs from the hospital pharmacy

Inpatient Care

- Provision of hospital accommodation and   feeding in a conducive environment

- Nursing and medical services

- Diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions

Grace Springs Prepaid Medical Scheme

GRACE SPRINGS PREPAID MEDICAL SCHEME.

It is a product of our Grace Springs Medical Center , a subsidiary of Fountain of Life Church . The medical scheme is of a pre-paid variety. Using this scheme, Grace Springs medical center is responding to its customer's need of delivering quality healthcare at an affordable cost, and by doing so, is making its wealth of expertise in healthcare services accessible.

The Grace Spring Prepaid Medical Scheme is an innovative means of delivering healthcare services, under a pre-paid, fixed rate payment model to a defined population group (e.g. company employees or family groups). It is a Managed Care Scheme, in which payment for healthcare coverage is in the form of insurance premiums, which are calculated as a fixed amount per life per annum. These payments are also known as capitation rates. It is in effect, a value driven health care provider system in which higher and better quality services are delivered in a cost –efficient manner.

The key benefit of adopting a value driven managed care scheme like the Grace Springs Prepaid Medical Scheme is that unlike in a “fee for service” relationship, the cost of obtaining healthcare services for, an individual, a family, or a population group (e.g. company employees) can be pre-determined and budgeted for.

Discounts are available for groups of individuals, family groups and for companies. Of course, the larger the size of the group, the higher the discount. Ultimately, we bring down and contain the cost of providing health care services.

The premium covers a wide rage of services ranging from Outpatient Primary care visits to Hospitalization services.

Premiums can also be donated for the less privileged by donors.
