“YOUR TURNAROUND IS STILL POSSIBLE”.

"God can still perform miracles in His children’s lives," Pastor Biodun Soderu exhorted the church during last Thursday Showers programme

while speaking on the topic Complete Turnaround. He expatiated the message of the Eleventh Hour Miracle, which Pastor Amaka Maduneme started last week, stating that since God gave the church the watchword for the year as Complete Turnaround through the Senior Pastor, the Word is still potent. He, therefore, encouraged the church to still expect the Eleventh Hour Miracle before the end of the year.

Quoting from Revelation 21:3-4, he assured everyone that God shall indeed wipe away all tears, and put an end to death of purpose, humans and finances. He encouraged the church to still be excited at God’s promise which He gave at the beginning of the year because this year will indeed be a year of complete turnaround for as many as will still be excited about the potency of that promise now as they were when it was declared.

Psalms 126: 1 and 65:11 confirm the promise of God to turn the captivity of His people and to crown the year with goodness. Pastor Biodun therefore declared to the church that the year would end in good testimonies for them because the Lord himself has crowned it with goodness.

At this particular time every year, it is common for some, including believers in Christ, to fret over the possibility of not realizing their expectations for the year. Last Sunday, Pastor Taiwo had a firm Word for the congregation in this regard: “Nothing shall stop your blessings,” he prophesied.

He drew his scripture references from several Bible passages, including the encounter between Jesus and Jairus whose daughter was raised to life (Matthew 5:55-43). Also relived was the hopeless case of the woman with the issue of blood who desperately struggled and succeeded in receiving her healing by touching the hem of Jesus’ garment (Matthew 5:25-34).

Pastor Taiwo declared that just as the Lord of glory responded to the urgency of these biblical characters, particularly because of the faith exhibited by them in accordance with Hebrews 11.6, He would still do what He has to do in the remaining part of this year for as many as believe.

He enjoined all to look forward to a new lease of life in the coming year in line with the commandment issued to Moses and Aaron in Exodus 12:2-3: "This month shall be your beginning of months; it shall be the first month of the year to you.”
