About Missions Outreach

INTRODUCTION- Brief History of the Missions Department

The Missions department was established in order to anchor the mission works of the Fountain of Life Church. The journey which began sometimes in 1995 started out activities which include Mission Lunch, Intercessory prayers and other mobilization works. By 1996, the Church began to adopt certain missionaries and mission fields in some countries of the world.

To reach the unreached and unreachable people of the earth and the neglected people in the urban areas. From Ilupeju (our Judea); to Francophone Africa and to the uttermost ends of the earth.

Fountain Missions Works and Exploits

Adopted Missionaries from inception till date include missionaries in the following countries:

  • Nigeria
  • Botswana
  • Morocco
  • Central African Republic
  • Cote D’Ivoire

Adopted Missions Agencies among others are:

  • CMF

  • SUMA

Adopted Mission fields in Nigeria include:

  • Shuwa Arabs (Borno State)
  • Koko (Ogun State)
  • Jesujoye (Oyo State)
  • Aboola (Oyo State)
  • Okolo (Oyo State)

The Fountain foreign Mission Fields are:

  • Benin Republic
  • Cote D’Ivoire.

These fields are anchored by Fountain Missionaries.

Testimonies

  • We have restored and reconciled more than 65 street children with their families.
  • Establishment of 5 fellowship centers at Oshodi.
  • Graduated10 boys from Grace Springs Home beween 2009 and 2010. Presently one is in the University; another one has gain admission into another university, while one has finished Year Three at Yaba Tech.
  • Outright purchase of G.S.H. building.
  • Empowerment of former drug addicts with vocational training and one is in Bible school now in Ibadan.
  • Graduated some boys from the Home and reconciled them to their parents on August 20, 2011.

The Missions Department has three major outreach regions in Lagos, namely;

  • Onipanu/Fadeyi Region
  • Grace Springs Boys Home, Ikorodu
