About GSVC

Grace Springs Vocational Centre (GSVC), an outreach of The Fountain Of Life Church, Ilupeju, was established in January 2009. It’s a non-profit centre set up under the auspices of Ruth and Boaz Fellowship, based on the vision given to Pastor Taiwo Odukoya, The Senior Pastor of The Fountain Of Life Church. It is a community service program set up to empower the less privileged members of the church family and indigent individuals within and around Ilupeju environ. However it has grown to catering for those who wish to augment their income and graduates who are looking for some form of training while waiting to be employed. It caters for both genders, training them in vocations that they can easily set up on a small scale, thereby providing a means of livelihood for them and their dependents.

What the Centre Offers

The Centre offers a total package in terms of educating the students. In addition to their taking core skilled classes in their different areas of specialization, they take classes in Business Management which enables them to know how to start their own businesses and equip them with managerial skills, and also mentorship programme in spiritual empowerment.

The Centre also recognizes the importance of empowering the students by providing a platform for takeoff of their businesses after graduation, so it has made arrangement with two (2) Micro-finance Banks to provide financial assistance by way of offering short term loans, with easy terms of repayments.

Some of our graduates that have assessed the loans are doing quite well in their various fields of endeavour and have been repaying their loans accordingly.
