CAREER DEVELOPMENT

The Career Development Agency (CDA), which started out in March 2003, has a mandate to prepare men and women, at various levels of skill and education for an ever changing job market. It also serves as an interface for candidates seeking employment and companies in need of relevant talent. The Agency also provides business enterprise related restructuring, transformation, and general personal skills enhancement training and programs.

The Agency had over 250 people attending its professional classes within the first 4 months of its existence, a number which has since increased tremendously. It has continued to offer subsidized programmes including: Professional Classes and Basic Computer Appreciation, all facilitated by experienced professionals.
